Why are your prices so low?

Unlike smaller retailers, we operate as a large wholesaler. This means that we purchase large amounts of diamond stock in bulk, and are able to keep our costs very low.

After purchasing how long will it take for my ring to be produced?

Wherever possible, we aim to have your ring produced on the same day, or as short time as possible.

If a mounting is not in stock it could take up to a maximum of 6 weeks to manufacture, but is usually less than this.

Bespoke rings, depending on the work involved, may take from 4 – 6 weeks once the CAD image has been approved.

Are your diamonds conflict free?

While price and quality is important, it is an absolute priority that all of our items come with a guarantee that it is sourced from completely ethical sources. Blood Diamonds are a term used to describe stones which come from illegal mines which support slave labour, or the proceeds from the mines used to fund conflict. Our company never has, and never will, support the purchase and sale of blood diamonds, and so we strictly enforce that all our suppliers follow guidelines set out by the World Diamond Council, relevant U.N. resolutions and the Kimberly Process. What aftercare services do you provide?

We offer several aspects to our lifetime aftercare service:

White gold needs rhodium plating after each job and will be an additional £10

We ask for a minimum of 24 hours for each job to ensure that it is done correctly and not rushed, each ring will be assessed at the time it is brought into store via our production team for an accurate time scale. Items with diamond set shoulders or halo designs may take longer.

I’m giving the ring as a surprise, what if I choose the wrong finger size?

We understand that engagement rings are often given as a surprise, and that the chances of an engagement ring fitting first time are low. Should you be unsure please contact a member of staff on 0121 236 1907 or visit us in store and we can use our professional expertise to guide you depending on the ring you have chosen.

What quality is your platinum and gold?

Our metals are hallmarked by the Birmingham Assay Office. Our platinum is of 950 parts platinum to 1000 parts. Our 18ct gold is 750 parts gold to 1000 parts. These qualities are the British standard and are used nationally.

Is it safe to post my item?

We dispatch hundreds of items per week through the post, and have yet to find an issue with misplaced items. All purchases are sent through Royal Mail Special delivery service and are fully insured from the moment they leave our store, until you have signed for them on your doorstep.

If you are not at the address when the item is delivered, a card will be left and the parcel returned to a local collection office. A form of identification will be needed to collect the item.

Do you provide a valuation?

We provide a full valuation for every item of jewellery. A copy of this should be sent to your insurance company. If your copy of a valuation has been misplaced, please contact us to arrange a replacement.
