Diamond Dealer Direct has had a busy Christmas trading period in their Jewellery Quarter showrooms, but as well as the customers flowing through the doors, they have had a huge refurbishment of their stores. With the old counters being torn out, the outside canopy’s ripped off and being replaced with open glass counters with modern fresh canopy’s being put in their place.
Customers old and new have been impressed with the vast array of products now on show. With dedicated sections being set aside for engagement rings, pendants, earrings and wedding bands and much more. Director and owner, Raj Vora has said ‘We did have a consultancy based layout, with desks and seats for our customers. But we realised that with these huge desks, it minimised our ability to serve a larger customer base. Now our products are on display and customers can view our full range’.
The change hasn’t just stopped there, Diamond Dealer Direct has introduced two new ranges to their product line. The first of these lines being the ‘Elite Collection’, this range boasts premium IGI certified eternity rings and classic engagement rings. The second of these ranges being the ‘Mireya Collection’, this collection offers bold and stunning pieces of jewellery inspired by the bold deep red colours of the desert and also stunning engagement rings with a twist.Both of these ranges will be filling the windows to entice customers to view the products.
