At Diamond Dealer Direct, we are determined to offer our clients the very best diamond stock available on the market at any given time. Our ‘master-buyer’ sources new items with global companies on a daily basis, our extensively qualified diamond graders (FGA/DGA certified) examine all our incoming stock for quality. We also ensure that all members of our sales team are fully trained in offering the most appropriate stone, at the best possible price, for every client.
Wherever possible, our master-buyer looks for stones that have been exquisitely cut, earning itself an excellent cut grade, or even an ideal cut grade. Excellent and ideal cut diamonds are so exquisitely cut and engineered that the sparkle and brightness of the light being emitted can be astonishing.
While price and quality is important, it is an absolute priority that all of our items come with a guarantee that they originate from completely ethical sources. ‘Blood Diamonds’ are a term used to describe stones which come from illegal mines which support slave labour, or where the proceeds from the mined diamonds are used by ‘rebel’ organisations to fund conflict. Our company never has, and never will, support the purchase and sale of blood diamonds, and so we strictly enforce that all our suppliers follow guidelines set out by the World Diamond Council, relevant U.N. resolutions and the Kimberly Process.
With these assurances, when purchasing from us, you can be absolutely sure that your diamond is of the best quality, and completely ethical.
With over 1000 designs available, we believe that your perfect diamond ring can be found at a price that suits you, with us.

From day one, we decided that in order to offer the best possible service, we needed to have our manufacturing team on-site, working exclusively with us. We work closely with our experienced craftsmen to ensure that the quality, security and aesthetics of your ring are perfect, and if you’re not entirely happy; alterations and changes can usually be made quickly while you wait.
Working with our manufacturing team, we have exclusive designers creating new exclusive designs each week which you won’t find anywhere else. This is why we have the largest and most diverse ranges of engagement rings and jewellery in the entire UK, all at your disposal. To see some of our latest designs, check out our design pages or book an appointment now.
In addition to our massive range of ring designs, we offer every client a bespoke design service. This involves spending time with one of our design consultants planning out your perfect ring, either by altering an existing design, or elements of several styles, or by creating a completely new design from afresh.
Once the design of the ring is confirmed, our consultant then liaises with our CAD/CAM team to create a computer drawn image, or a hard wax replica of your ring to view. At this point, any alterations or changes can still be made, and when you’re entirely happy: the design is then sent to manufacturing and completed.
Throughout the process, we are constantly in contact with our clients to ensure that they are involved every step of the way. And when completed, the ring design is unique to you.
Buying an engagement ring is a once-in-a-life time experience, and we know that while it should be an enjoyable experience, it can be stressful and, at times, a little overwhelming. Which is why through every step of your purchase, from the initial enquiry to collection of your ring, we strive to offer the best possible service.
At any point within the process, our design team are on hand to answer any questions and, after collection, we can assist in maintenance and advice for caring for your ring. Feel free to call us at any time to speak to your personal consultant, or email us at[email protected].
White diamonds are, traditionally, the most sought after colour, but as fashions and times change, fancy coloured diamonds are being requested more often.
Diamonds have a unique ability to form in a multitude of different colours due to their chemical composition. Colours such as cognac dark brown, sparkling champagne yellow, green and blue, intense fancy pink and even chameleon (colour changing). Thanks to our close relationships with large-scale manufacturers, these specialist and extremely rare stones can be globally sourced for you in most cuts and sizes.
