Over the past two years, Diamond Dealer Direct has taken a massive step forward in their aim to becoming the go-to place in the UK for diamonds and the change is almost complete, just in time for the Christmas rush in the Birmingham Jewellery Quarter. The company has transformed its image, hired specialist staff and launched a new website, to align itself with its long term goal of becoming a modern company with traditional values.
Diamond Dealer Direct has invested more on its marketing actions, to bring the new brand and goals to customers, old and new. Through the use of various channels such as the company’s social media (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram), Diamond Dealer Direct intends to engage with consumers in ways it has never done so before.
Not only has the virtual presence of the Birmingham Jewellery Quarter’s diamond retailer changed, the physical appearance of the stores has also followed suit. New canopies with the new brand image have been placed onto the stores’ frontage. The retailer also intends to have the inside of the store enhanced to showcase more of their products to cater to the ever shifting consumer trends.
With a fresh revamp of their website, which allows users to select from thousands of diamonds and with heavy investment being placed into the imagery, the aim is to allow consumers to be able to view rotating imagery, to ensure that they are able to capture the essence of every product in every possible direction. With a small dedicated team now working solely on the company’s internet presence, we are confident in being able to offer our customer a most unique and efficient online experience.
As well as all of the above, Diamond Dealer Direct is proud to announce the launch of two new ranges. The retailer intends to have these available to customers in its Jewellery Quarter showrooms by Christmas. More information will be coming over the coming weeks.
